Searching Parcel Data:
On the left of the mapping page is the parcel search area. These tools are used to search the parcel data. The four boxes are used
to enter search parameters. Enter something to search for and then click the Search button.
The Subdivision Name box is used to enter the name or part name of a subdivision. For example, entering "Cedarlea" will find all properties in the Cederlea Subdivision. The "Tax Parcel Number (GPIN)" box is used to enter a gpin or part of a gpin. Entering a full GPIN (with dashes) will locate the record for that parcel. Entering a partial gpin will find all records that match. For example, entering 7844- will find all parcels whose gpin starts with 7844. There are two option for searching on street address: Mailing Address and Property Address. The boxes are used to search on a street name and/or number and street name. Entering Rinker will find all parcels on Rinker Drive or Rinker Court, entering Rinker Court will narrow the search and find all parcel on Rinker Court. Entering 10041 Rinker will find any parcels with that address. Multiple Record Results:
Many searches will return more than one parcel record. The scrolling list will show the owner names for each parcel that was returned by a search.
Click on a name to see the full record for that parcel. If the search only returns one record, a single name will appear. Continue clicking on names and
viewing records until the desired parcel is located.
Record Tools:
Four buttons will appear with a full parcel record. These tools are:
Map Parcel - Will create a map of the parcel shown in the full parcel record area. New Search - Clears the search boxes Historic - Opens a window showing historic structure information about this parcel. Will only become active when historic information exists for the current parcel. Zoning - Opens a window showing all zoning activity on this parcel.
